The two servicemen had each been working in the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry for nearly 10 years each and had worked in both the commercial and residential installation and service end of the industry. Joel and Brian had each worked for several companies by then including some of the biggest commercial and residential shops in the Inland Empire.
The two men worked together running several large construction sites as well as being the servicemen for repairs and maintenance for Industrial applications in manufacturing facilities.
Having an extensive experience coupled with college and Union training the two men started West Coast Aire, during a time of economic slowdown in the construction industry in the Inland empire of Southern California. The two worked 12-14 hour days 7 days a week for the first several years trying to establish the new company as primarily a service company, who’s first tasks was to be hired by other larger companies to run the service department for them.
After the first few years West Coast Aire, developed a reputation of dependable service expertise on a wide range of commercial, Industrial and residential applications and they soon had a following of clientele who wanted more installation/replacement work performed which required more staff.
With each successive year West Coast Aire has grown to be one of the most respected Air conditioning and heating companies in Riverside, Ca.
Joel and Brian have continued their leadership of the firm for over 20 years and have become widely respected by their peers as well as their competition in the industry.
West Coast Aire, Inc. is a Premier Dave Lennox Dealer; they are also a Certified Diamond Dealer for Mitsubishi electric, residential and commercial ductless split systems. They also are factory authorized dealers for Fujitsu ductless systems and Armstrong conventionally ducted residential systems.
